Nadim Choufi is a visual artist from Lebanon, currently living and working in Netherlands. Primarily using sculpture and moving image, Choufi explores visions of progress, their allure, and their socio-political realities. His work centers non-normative desire and hybrid bodies to negotiate who these projects benefit and the hazy equivalencies between development and improvement, advancement and wellbeing.
